Judi trained hundreds of professionals, performers, & media spokespeople in the art of public speaking and stage presence. She provided interpersonal skills coaching and career transition skills. In 1989, Judi expanded her practice under the name Judi Clements Training & Development and began offering supervisory and communication seminars, workshops, and keynotes. Since then, Judi has worked with many organizations to improve employee & management performance in the areas of communication, supervision, customer service, and wellness. For four years she served as Vice President of Training & Development for a national health care firm, where she founded their training department and designed & delivered training for 150 health centers around the country. |
